Please Read: New Client Cancellation Policy starting April 23, 2026, All clients must agree to the cancellation policy before booking an appointment, all FIRST TIME clients to The Glow Lab are now required to send a $50 e-transfer deposit to theglowlabhfx@gmail.com, as well as having a credit card on file due to an influx of last minute cancellations/no shows. If the emt deposit is not received within 24 hours, your appointment will be cancelled. This fee is non refundable, if the cancellation falls outside of the cancellation period, the $50 will be credited to your account to be used on a future treatment for up to 3 months. Deposits are NON refundable otherwise. Cancellation policy: 48 hours notice is required via email or text message. Our cellphone # can be found in the intake form or in the “Thanks for Booking” email. There are no exceptions to this policy. Thank you to those who respect our time and policies, you keep us going!
